Shipping & Delivery Policy

 

1. Purpose

This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how customer orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by DUKES The Brand (“DUKES”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
We aim to ensure prompt and reliable delivery of all orders Australia-wide.

 

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship Australia-wide only.

3. Processing Timeframes

  • Orders are dispatched within two (2) business days of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details.

 

4. Delivery Method and Timeframes

All orders are shipped via Australia Post using standard or express delivery services.
Delivery timeframes vary by location:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)

Please note: delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or circumstances beyond our control.

 

5. Tracking Your Order

Tracking details will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.
Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery progress using their tracking link.

 

6. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct at the time of checkout.
DUKES is not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

 

7. Missed Deliveries and Redelivery

If a parcel cannot be delivered, Australia Post will leave a calling card or notification advising how to collect or arrange redelivery.
Uncollected parcels returned to DUKES may incur additional postage fees for redelivery.

 

8. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact Australia Post directly using your tracking number.
If your parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, please contact us at hello@ddapparrel.net, and we will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

 

9. Damaged Parcels

All parcels are carefully packed before dispatch.
If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@ddapparrel.net within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage.
We will review and respond with the next steps.

 

10. Delays Beyond Our Control

DUKES is not responsible for shipping delays caused by Australia Post, weather events, or other factors outside our control.
However, we will always assist customers in resolving delivery issues where possible.
